WHAT IS YOGA?

Yoga is an ancient system designed to transform the mind and cultivate a balanced, integrated life. Through disciplined lifestyle practices, mindful movement, and conscious breathwork, Yoga guides us toward one-pointed focus and absorption, merging mind, body, and spirit. It supports the deconditioning of habitual patterns, fortifies the mind, and helps us navigate life’s inevitable challenges with greater grace, resilience, and ease.


WHAT STYLE DO YOU TEACH?

In my teaching, I focus on intelligent, creative sequencing of physical postures to guide practitioners through journeys that are both playful and challenging. I teach Vinyasa Yoga as a dynamic and flowing practice, alongside Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to cultivate strength, flexibility, and presence.
